All tennis racquets purchased from Everything Tennis come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, except for reels of string. If you experience any problems with your racquet please return it to our store along with your invoice (postage if applicable is at your own cost). We will show it to the manufacturer and let you know the outcome of your warranty assessment as soon as possible, which could take up to two weeks.
Please be aware that we cannot provide replacement racquets without approval from the manufacturer. If your racquet is discontinued, we will provide you with a suitable replacement model. Warranty is only on manufacturer faults, not misuse.
Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
If you receive a product that you think is defective, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a defective product.
For a credit to be issued, the item must be returned to us in its original condition – undamaged, including the outer packaging. Once the item is returned and assessed, we will provide you with a credit on your Everything Tennis account for the product amount only, excluding delivery.
If the product is deemed NOT defective, we may refuse to replace the product or offer a refund.
How to request a return for defective items
Please contact us as soon as the problem arises stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem. We will then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and provide you with a return address. Please feature the RA# prominently on the outer packaging when you send it back to us.
Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. The RA# is valid for 14 days so please return the item immediately.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our defective items criteria, we will provide you with a credit to your account, a replacement product or a full refund to your original method of payment. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item and advise you of the outcome.
A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This is often the case in electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products. As such, reels of string are not warrantable items.
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer, please contact them immediately and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or contact details please feel free to contact us.
At Everything Tennis, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. For credit to your account, refunds or replacements to be offered, products must be unused and in the condition, they were received. Autographed items are not refundable. All sales of these items are final. Strung racquets will not be refunded for the price of the string.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange or full refund.
All items must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date.
If your order arrives less than perfect please provide a photo to email@example.com so we can organise a replacement or refund. Alternatively, you are welcome to take the product into our pro shop where it can be looked into straight away. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Mastercard, the credit will be refunded to the same Mastercard. Any return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. Customers can purchase a Return Shipping Label directly from Australia Post for $10. All exchanges will be posted from Everything Tennis back to the customer free of charge.
Racquets must be in new condition, showing no signs of use to receive a full refund. The plastic cannot be removed from the handle, no ball fuzz on the strings, scrapes on the bumper guard etc. If the racquet was strung, the strings cannot be refunded. Any racquet purchased as new and returned used within 30 days will be eligible for a maximum of 50% store credit. Racquets purchased as Used (including demos) can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a maximum of 75% store credit, pending condition of racquet returned, subject to approval.
Cans of balls must be unopened with the plastic seal still attached.
Grips must still be rolled up in its original packaging with no missing stickers.
Bags must still have the tag and not have any marks.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is dispatched. We pride ourselves in dispatching orders promptly, so to cancel please call us on (02) 8091 5918 before the goods have left our shop. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched. After that point, you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Returns and Warranty Policy.
